The day begins with an introductory session at 9:30 a.m., where participants are greeted by the association’s staff and a brief overview of the day’s program is provided. The opening presentation covers the basics of autumn crops, including vegetables, fruits, and cereals that are commonly harvested during this season. Attendees will learn about optimal harvesting techniques, tools, and safety measures, emphasizing efficiency, quality, and environmental sustainability.

From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the participants engage in hands-on harvesting exercises in designated plots. Under the guidance of experienced agricultural workers, attendees will learn how to select ripe produce, handle crops to prevent damage, and prepare them for storage or distribution. This session highlights the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and proper timing, offering valuable skills for both personal and professional agricultural endeavors.

A lunch break is scheduled from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., providing an opportunity for attendees to network, share experiences, and enjoy locally sourced foods. Following lunch, the afternoon session focuses on post-harvest practices from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Participants learn techniques for cleaning, sorting, storing, and preserving crops to maximize shelf life and reduce waste. Demonstrations include natural preservation methods, sustainable packaging, and storage optimization tips for small and medium-sized farms.

The event concludes with a reflection and discussion session from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., where participants share their observations, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance from instructors.
